A good tip to keep in mind when becoming fit is not to work out when you’re ill. When you are afflicted with illness, your body attempts to use all of its resources in order to heal itself. It’s unlikely that you will add muscle to your frame or have the stamina for a workout while you’re under the weather. This means that you should stop exercising until you feel better. While you’re waiting to heal up, make sure you’re eating well and getting plenty of sleep!
