To keep motivation high, sign up for a variety of fitness classes instead of just one type. This can give you a fresh perspective on exercise and even make it fun. Consider taking yoga or dance classes. Other programs to consider include kickboxing or fitness boot camps. Remember you only have to try each class once, and you’ll be losing weight along the way.
