Crunches alone won’t help you build abs. A prominent university found that only one pound of fat gets burned even after 250,000 crunches. Therefore, you are not maximizing your time if you are strictly doing crunches. Work out your abdominals in other ways, as well.

Keep a daily record of everything that you do. It should keep track of everything you eat and every exercise your perform. Even document how beautiful the day is. Then, you’ll be able to watch for specific patterns that may be affecting your routines. If you had to put off exercising a little while, note why.

It doesn’t matter the changes your body makes, as long as it is changing for the better then you are making progress. To have the best results with a workout session, you need to know all you can about fitness. Always keep what you learned here in mind, and soon enough, you will be in great shape!
